Our core investment principles focus on risk mitigation and capital preservation, namely:

  1. Deliver a tax-compliant structure
Secure the investor’s tax benefit over the requisite 5-year investment period.

  2. Capital preservation
Underlying investments are asset- or property-backed. These de-risk the investment and generate predictable income streams.

  3. Attractive risk-adjusted returns
Target an attractive internal rate of return (IRR) on exit and select the option for annual yield.

  4. Exit strategy
Guarantee an efficient and clearly defined exit strategy for investors after 5 years.
