Brentwood Wealth Asset Management Ltd (“BWAMLtd”) is an Authorised Financial Services Provider (“FSP”), authorised in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (“FAIS”) Act and is further authorised as a Discretionary Investment Manager (“DIM”) FSP, who offers its services to advisors to help them client risk through the various stages of life.  The BWAM investment solutions have been created and uniquely blended to identify opportunities with high growth potential with the appropriate levels of risk associated with the individual needs of the clients. All these details are available on the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) website if required. The Endorsed Investment Advisory Fee is a standard annual fee and is charged yearly against the investor’s investment value and paid to Brentwood Wealth (Pty)Ltd (“BW”), which is an authorised Financial Services Provider.

We have partnered with Allan Gray and Ninety one on their Linked Investment Service Provider (“LISP”) platforms to provide a one-stop for our investment solutions. Both Brentwood Wealth Asset Management Ltd, Allan Gray and Ninety one are FSCA-regulated entities. A Linked Investment Service Provider (“LISP”) provides administration for various solutions and products available directly or via investment vehicles such as Endowments Investments (“EI”), Retirement Annuities (“RA”), Living Annuities (“LA”) products, and Tax-free Savings Accounts (“TFSA”). Brentwood Wealth Asset Management Ltd (“BWAM Ltd”) owns and co-manages PSPs with APEX as an advisor on the Wrap or Personal Share Portfolios (“PSP”) or Personal Product Portfolios (“PPP”).
